I offer a streamlined personal coaching plan for those who want to go deeper than the course or the book.
The online video course is everything I know, and I highly recommend it. However, if you’d prefer to speak to me in person, this is the option for you.
We’ll dive straight in to the deep end and get it done, over 12 sessions in 12 weeks. I’ll guide you through this process start to finish and offer any additional help until you’re fully satisfied.
Alternatively, individual sessions can be booked too, but these will obviously not follow the same structure.
This can be done over Skype, Zoom, or even email – whatever you’d prefer.
For Skype and Zoom, you don’t need a webcam. Voice-only chat is perfectly acceptable.
If you don’t have a microphone, Skype has an instant messaging feature so we can type to each other in real time.
My advice is that the best changes come when you can talk to a real person, as close to real-life as possible. There’s something very special about knowing that someone is listening, caring, and focused on you, and although it might be embarrassing, it’s incredibly fulfilling to overcome that and get help.

The 1-on-1 coaching plan is a 12 week plan. This is how long it takes to go through the content and implement the changes. Each week, we will talk over Skype or Zoom for 30 minutes. Alternatively, individual sessions can be booked without committing to the full 12 week package – email firstname.lastname@example.org. Prices are £125 per session.
We’ll start with a detailed assessment of you and your life – we’ll talk about your childhood, your struggles, your interpersonal relationships, romantic relationships, any addictions you’ve struggled with, and your hobbies. It’s important to know your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Relationships indicate the influences in your life and the way you react, and childhood determines the general direction that you go in.
Then we’ll talk about the psychology behind this fetish. I’ll teach you the mechanisms behind that and what that means for you. I’ll then take you through the dynamics of that root cause, exploring the factors that reinforce it. Then, we can look towards your personal psychology, and the origins of this fetish in childhood, development, and your life. We’ll talk about addictions/hobbies/relationships and how they play a role in the development of the psychology that causes this fetish. Then, we’ll start the 3-part process of change, with specific actions you can take to eradicate the cause of this fetish.
The process is individual, so this is just a rough guide, and every person will follow a different path.
