Privacy

This is a website about a sensitive area that most people would rather keep private. As a result, privacy is an important issue to us, to make our users comfortable. We avoid most forms of data collection beyond what is necessary to function, and keep this data private. We run a strict privacy policy with as much anonymity and data protection as possible.

What data do we collect?

We ask for your email address to send updates to. This is optional. We will never spam you or share your email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Upon purchasing anything, such as an online course, email coaching, or anything else that may be offered on this website, we will also store your username and password along with your email. We cannot view your password.

Payment occurs through PayPal; we do not deal with any payment details at any step of the process. Please check PayPal’s privacy policy for their details and the data that they store..

You must be 18 years or older to use this website or receive emails, so we do not collect data from under-18s.

What data do we share?

We do not share any data. We do not use affiliates. We do not sell – or buy – email lists or demographic data. We do not engage in joint ventures with other businesses. The only data that leaves our servers goes to apps/plugins that we use for this site – the third parties that may handle your data are as follows:

PayPal: for payments.

GetResponse: for the automated email system.

Google: for general analytics, page views, clicks, sessions, etc.

What cookies do we use?

We use cookies to track things like page views, amount of visitors, average time spent on page, most popular hours of the day/days of the week, and other usage statistics. We also use cookies for the members area, for functions such as keeping a user logged in.

If you’d like to remove the cookies from your web browser, check out this guide https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-delete-cookies-2617981. In future visits, you can use Incognito mode (in Chrome) InPrivate (in Internet Explorer/Edge) or Private Browsing (in Safari/Firefox) to have your cookies automatically deleted upon leaving.

How do we protect your data?

We hope that, by not collecting much data in the first place, there is hardly any data to protect. Regardless, email addresses are sensitive information and we still take measures to protect them. All data is encrypted and we use two-factor authorisation. Emails are sent over TLS HTTPS (secure internet) to prevent interception. We also use automatic measures to protect passwords. Any repeated attempts to ‘guess’ passwords are blocked after a number of tries, and the IP addresses which seem malicious (15+ password attempts in 1 minute, for example) are blocked automatically by our firewalls.

How long do we store data for?

If you signed up to receive the email newsletters, your email is deleted upon unsubscribing.

Paid members can delete their data by cancelling their membership.

You can request a copy of your data by emailing connorsuniquecoaching@gmail.com.

Privacy is very important to us. Given the nature of this website, privacy is a concern of our users. This is why we keep everything as anonymous as possible, collect only the bare necessities, and we don’t share data.

If you can think of any ways that we could improve, or any changes you’d like to see, i’d love to hear from you: connorsuniquecoaching@gmail.com
